Pregnancy Diaries: Documenting my baby bump

When I was pregnant with Princess, I made it a point to have my hubby take snapshots of my growing baby bump each week.  Since I didn’t have a blog at the time, I wasn’t able to post pictures online.  But, I did make up a pregnancy album, which Princess later destroyed.  Like mama, she loves photos.  Thankfully, the pictures weren’t completely ruined.  I plan on replacing the album at some point.

I want to the same this time around with a twist.  I’ll eventually turn these pics into a pregnancy book, which I’ll eventually pass down to my son or daughter.  A friend of mine recently wrote a post on BabyCenter featuring 20 awesome ways to document your pregnancy.  It’s so cool to see the kinds of creative ideas other moms have for  tracking their pregnancy.  It’s worth checking it out.

Here are some of the photos I’ve taken so far.  I’ll be posting a different one each week.  Stay tuned!

Awwwww, too cute! You look great. I have yet to be pregnant, but when my time comes, I will be sure to document everything. Thank you for these creative ideas that I will use in the future 🙂

I did pretty much the same thing you did with my first pregnancy. I also added bare belly pictures but those did not make the internet, lol! Next time around I am hoping to do something along the lines of Jennifer’s but I am not a photo editor so I’m not sure how it will work out,
