My baby is about the size of a pineapple! I recently had my doctor’s appointment, which revealed that my baby is about 4 pounds and 11 ounces. If I deliver at 38 weeks like last time, my little pineapple will be around 6.5 pounds. Now in birthing position, it’s only a matter of time until I go into labor.
The OB advises that I get active, if I want to kick start this baby on time. I’ve just been way to lazy. However, I have been doing more activities on weekends. That counts, right?
How I’m feeling: The other day I was chatting with a co-worker when all of a sudden my face went numb, and the room started to spin. Before I could hit the ground, I sat down. She asked if I was ok, I said yeah.
As soon as I felt ok enough to stand, I drank some water and ate some crackers. I’ve felt a little dizzy before, but this was the first time I’ve ever felt faint while pregnant.
I’ve also been dealing with Braxton Hicks contractions. People around me are probably thinking I’m going nuts because I’d randomly scream or grunt out loud. No one says anything, maybe they don’t notice.
My pregnancy symptoms can get pretty crazy. But this has got to be the craziest thing I’ve ever done. Check it out details on my BabyCenter blog.

I wonder if you had vertigo. It’s related to your ears. I get it from time to time and it’s like being drunk without the alcohol. Terrible feeling. It will make you dizzy, sometimes nauseous. I hope that was the first and last time that happens to you. 🙁

You should call your doctor and describe what happened. How is your blood pressure? I’ve had vertigo and it doesn’t make you faint. The room does spin when you move your head. Please get in touch with your physician.

Thanks Sharon. He doesn’t seem worried. Tells me it’s normal and to drink water.
