If you haven’t heard of Frozen the movie, then chances are you’re living under a rock. Princess has watched it so many times that I’ve lost count. Like most kids her age, she knows the songs. Heck, she can even recite some of the script. Let’s not get started on the merchandise. Princess is obsessed with Elsa, Anna, and Olaf toys. We recently took a trip to Walmart to scour the aisles for all things Frozen. The plan was to put together a #FROZENFun night, complete with costume and Frozen inspired hair. Then we’d watch the movie for the umpteenth time before hitting the sack.

We decided to make this a family adventure. Normally my hubby would turn down a shopping invitation. But, this time he was game.

It took a while to locate the Frozen apparel. One of the sales associates informed us that they were sold out of most of the merchandise.

But Princess didn’t let the empty shelves disappoint her. She quickly lit up after spotting Elsa, Anna, and Olaf nightgowns.

We then searched for matching undies, but couldn’t find her size.

Despite not having the panties and toys, Princess was excited about her pjs. The #FROZENfun continued when we got ready for bed later that night. To complete the look, I created an Elsa inspired coronation bun.

I was able to achieve this style by combing her damp hair to one side, and gently twist from front to back. I secured it by adding bobby pins and hair tie. Then I created a bun by wrapping hair around bun maker.

We didn’t quite make it through the entire screening of the movie. Either Princess wore herself out or she was just super excited to fall asleep int her Frozen nightgown.
