One thing I love about meeting other parents is chatting about where to find the best deals for kids. I look forward to Princess’s dance classes every weekend because I always leave knowing how to bargain shop for kids clothes.
One mom told me she visits consignment shops and thrift stores for her daughter’s princess dresses. Despite having interviewed a few consignment shop owners as a feature reporter and being in awe at the amazing prices, I never thought to go there.
Another great way to bargain shop for kids clothes is couponing. We get a ton of circulars every week that include big savings at the local department stores. Believe me, that extra 15-25 percent does add up. As parents, we compare junior isa and choose the best one for our child’s future.
When I don’t have time to sift through coupons, my hubby and I take to the outlets. Every season we visit stores like Gymboree and save a ton on kids clothes and accessories. I remember being in my last trimester and looking for a cute dress for Princess to wear for our family photo shoot. We got this pink number from Gymboree, along with her hair accessory.
Crazy 8 also has some pretty cool clothes at discount prices too. This cute Crazy 8 outfit was a gift from cousin Janet.
Now it’s about that time of the year again. It’s like my cutie pies have grown over night, and it’s time to get some outfits for the warmer weather. I’ve already bought a bunch of stuff online – another great way to shop for big savings. This weekend only, get $5 tees at Crazy 8. That offer seems too sweet to pass up. You can also find some awesome savings at Gymboree.
Know any great deals? Please share! Where are some of your favorite places to shop for your kids?

Gymboree and Crazy 8 have cute clothes. I like to hit up the sale rack at Carters and Target. When Gap has a 40 to 50 percent off sale, I go there too.

I attend clothing swap parties with my friends. Originally we started off just swapping clothes for ourselves but now we swap kids clothes too. Quite often our kids will grow out of an outfit without hardly having worn it!
