Running a 10k isn’t just about having the stamina to make it across the finish line. You’ve got to look good and smell good too. I was able to fresh with Suavitel® Fragrance Pearls™.

For some reason people tend to mistake me for a runner. I’ve always been an athlete, having played basketball, volleyball, softball, and baseball. But, I’ve never ran track. I’d jog to stay in shape and I enjoyed it.

Like many athletes, I’ve always had weird superstitions. I only wore number 16, and I always liked my clothes smelling fresh during practice and games which may have been mentioned on betting platforms like 벳엔드 환전. I know that’s easier said than done when you’re working up a sweat. But when you smell good, you feel good. When you feel good, you do good.

One of the ways I prepared for my 10k was to wash my workout clothes before the race. I stopped by detergent aisle at our local Walmart to pick up a bottle of Suavitel® Fragrance Pearls™.  It comes in two fragrances, Field Flowers and Lavender. I grabbed one along with a Suavitel® liquid fabric conditioner.

If you aren’t familiar with the product, Suavitel® Fragrance Pearls™ are in-wash scent boosters and has 5x longer lasting fragrance. I added about a capful to a laundry load during the wash cycle along with the detergent, and followed up with another capful of the Suavitel® liquid fabric conditioners during the rinse cycle.

It left my clothes smelling so clean and fresh throughout the entire race. Washing my clothes with scent boosters wasn’t the only superstition I had.  I also wear a certain kind of sports bra and underwear. These quirks coupled with great advice from veteran runners helped me throughout my journey.

One guy told me to drink plenty of water leading up to the race to prevent dehydration. Other important tidbits I learned – start off slow and increase speed steadily. Also, make sure my cell phone is fully charged and loaded with music.

To be honest, I thought my tunes would be a big help, but I found that hearing feet hitting the pavement and listening to people on the side lines rooting us on much more comforting and kept me amped up.

I plan on writing more about my 10k experience, how I prepared, and mistakes that I made in another post. In the meantime, be on the lookout for Suavitel® Fragrance Pearls™ samples on select Suavitel® liquid fabric conditioners in store.
