With summer fast approaching, there are lots of fun ways to cool off and have fun. Enjoying a nice bowl of ice cream is just one way to beat the heat. That said, here is an easy no bake pie recipe the whole family will love, and the kids will also fun making it.
All you need are just a few items:
Cookies
Any flavor ice cream or frozen yogurt
Pie Crust (We decided to use Oreo)
Whip cream
A bowl and spoon for mixing
To start, ice cream should be soft. We let it sit out for about 15 minutes.
Scoop out about two cups of ice cream into a bowl, along with one cup of whip cream. Combine the two ingredients until it’s “nice and fluffy,” as Princess says.
Please note, you may need to alter measurements depending on the pie size. The great thing about this recipe it doesn’t have to be exact.
Once you’re finished mixing the ingredients, pour onto pie crust. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed. Cover and place in the freezer for about an hour or as long as you’d like.
Remove from the freezer and serve.

We do a recipe almost identical to this one, except we use instant pudding and crumbled cookies for the filling instead of ice cream. So easy! 🙂

That’s a nice one. Someone I know also does melted chocolate with whip cream. My son would LOVE the pudding version!
