As the saying goes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I like to kick of the morning with a yummy, yet filling dish. Oatmeal pancake is my favorite by far. Not only is it tasty, it’s also very healthy and simple to make. Here’s the oatmeal pancake recipe in 6 minutes.
Ingredients
3 Egg whites (3 oz)
39 grams of instant oatmeal (I love maple brown sugar flavor)
A dash of cinnamon
Cooking spray
Mix oatmeal and eggs with a dash of cinnamon
Add cooking spray in a pan
Pour mixture into pan
Once top of pancake begins to form and bottom is golden brown, flip with a spatula
Both sides should be golden brown
Just add some maple syrup and your choice of fruit or nuts, and you’re good to go. I can never get through eating without Young O devouring my oatmeal pancake.
