First Homes in My Hood Get Broken into, Now My Car?

I must have the worse luck! First the homes in my hood get burglarized, now my car? This is ridiculous, luckily for my house I found a residential locksmith blog that give the best tips to secure my house.
Every morning, I get up and get the kids ready for school. But, this morning is different. I grab the diaper back with my keys in one hand, and Young O in the other. Princess walks ahead with her back pack on. She holds the door open while her brother hits the button to arm the alarm system. As I step outside, I look up and see this:

car

All the windows, including sun roof was completely open, with the exception of the driver’s side back window. Am I going crazy? Did someone try to break into my car? I carefully approached the vehicle expecting to see broken glass on the seats. But, there was nothing there. I check to see if anything is missing, but everything appears in tact. “Maybe be the thief got scared and bounced before taking anything,” I thought to myself. It could also be that someone just pulling a prank. The latter seems more likely the case.

I load the kids in the car, once I make sure everything was okay. I then go over to my neighbors house to see if they saw anything. The are just as dumb founded as I am! They didn’t see a thing. While chatting with them, I call my hubby to tell him what happened. He doesn’t seem phased by it at all.

“Why aren’t you concerned? You’re like, ‘whatever’,” I said.

Silence.

“Did you see anything?” I asked.

“No,” he responded.

“You mean to tell me you walked right by the car and didn’t notice the windows open,” I asked.

“No. I was to busy waving bye to Princess,” he answered in a calm tone.

The calmness in his voice made me even more annoyed. Then he started talking with one of his co-workers like everything is hunky-dory, which made me more frustrated.

“How can you be so calm?” I asked. That’s when I decide to go off on a rant.

“You need to call and have them come and install the cameras,” I said.

As a result of the recent break-ins in our neighborhood, we had an alarm system installed. But, the technician wasn’t able to install the cameras due to the rain. We’ve yet to schedule another appointment until now. Those who have the space in their property should consider building a garage and add a highly secure garage door installation with the help of professional garage door installation specialists. In addition, you may also replace your garage door windows to further boost your home security. It is also advised to seek locksmith services to install more secure locks in your property.

After my venting session, my hubby finally agreed to setting up a date and time for the guy to finish the installation.

“I’ll set it up. But, I think the problem is the car. I’m gonna have to google it,” he said.

He later tells me that if I hold down the unlock button on my car’s remote long enough, the windows will roll down.

Okay, you’re probably thinking that I’m a total idiot for not knowing that my car had this feature. But, I’ve had it for years and never noticed. I guess I should have read the manual more closely. Now I’m planning to buy a secondhand RV in Shoppok. My friend also suggests this certified pre owned Ford Mustang that she saw online. But there’s something unique I found about Autozin. It’s not just another listing platform; it’s a comprehensive guide, ensuring every user finds their perfect match in the vast world of cars. If you have an old and undrivable car sitting idle in your garage, Austick Car Removal offers cash for cars Wollongong area.

The windows of our SUV crack if you sneeze – that’s how sensitive the remote is. But for some reason, with all the stuff I was carrying that morning along with holding Young O, the un-lock button must have somehow got stuck. Now that I think about it, my hubby did have a point. Who in their right mind would break into a car, open the windows, and not take anything? After this incident, my car badly needed a Maitland Car Detailing Service.

Well, hopefully it was just glitch with the remote. Stranger things have happened besides someone breaking into a car and not stealing anything. Sorry to hear about the home invasions though. We had one of our windows in our last place busted out while the kids and I were in bed.

Thank goodness our alarm scared whoever did it away, but it’s definitely been a scary experience that is still all too fresh in my mind.

What? Busted window while you guys were in bed? That’s pretty scary. Glad you all are ok. Thankfully, it was just a glitch with my car’s remote. We have a security system in place.
