As you can see in the video, she had so much fun making and eating the no bake cookies. Her little brother was M.I.A during the creating process, but magically appeared when it was time to eat.
No bake cookie recipe
Makes 4 dozen, 30-40 minutes from start to finish
Ingredients:
2 Cups sugar
3/4 butter, softened
2/3 cup reduced fat/low fat milk
3.9 ounces of instant chocolate pudding mix
3-1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Mix together sugar, butter, and milk in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
- Turn off heat and add pudding mix, oats, and vanilla
- Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper
- Allow to sit at least 15 minutes until firm
