Looking Back on 2013 and Setting Goals for 2014

The past year has come and gone in a flash. Looking back on 2013, I’ve enjoyed professional and personal growth. From career advancements, to blogging opportunities and the birth of our son – the list goes on and on.

Since I was a kid, I’ve been making new year’s resolutions. I remember my mom giving me the annual lecture of setting goals. So, it’s become a habit of mine to jot them all down. In previous years, I’ve written about our plan to move into our new home. That plan has hit a snag courtesy of the wonderful new addition to our family. We’ve had to alter our plans a bit. But, we’ll eventually move into our new digs soon enough.

As I look forward to 2014, I plan on kicking my blog into high gear. Even though I hit a bit of a snag with my personal blog, I have been invited to guest post on other sites, in addition to contributing content at BabyCenter. Now I plan on returning to my roots which means posting more content here at Weather Anchor Mama.

I’ll also be finishing up with school in 2014, so I’ll to get more free time to spend with my family. There’s so much that I’ll miss about 2013. But, I sure am looking forward to 2014.

Happy New Year! Love your reflection pics of 2013 – your family is too adorable and can’t wait to see what’s in store for you in 2014. Hope we can meet again in person perhaps with our little ones!
